Terms and conditions.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IN FULL. THEY CONTAIN CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE HULU INTRO OFFER, INCLUDING SPOTIFY'S ABILITY TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE THIS OFFER AT ANY TIME.

1. The Premium with Hulu Introductory Offer. The Hulu introductory offer (the "Hulu Intro Offer") is made to you by Spotify (as defined in the Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use, "Spotify Terms of Use"). The Hulu Intro Offer allows you, subject to these terms and conditions (the "Hulu Intro Offer Terms"), to access the Hulu plan in addition to your Spotify Premium Service, at the advertised price for a trial period of up to three (3) months after you subscribe to the Hulu Intro Offer, provided that you successfully activate such access by following the steps below and maintain a valid Spotify premium subscription throughout that time period (the "Hulu Intro Offer Period"). Your ability to access the Spotify Premium Service (as defined in the Spotify Terms of Use) shall continue unaffected. These Hulu Intro Offer Terms supplement and incorporate by reference the Premium with Hulu Offer Terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Hulu Intro Offer Terms and the Premium with Hulu Offer Terms, these Hulu Intro Offer Terms will prevail. Relevant references to the "Premium with Hulu Offer" in the Premium with Hulu Offer Terms shall be read to also apply to the Hulu Intro Offer, where permitted by these Hulu Intro Offer Terms.

After the Hulu Intro Offer Period, you will automatically be charged the then-current price of the Premium with Hulu Offer, unless you cancel prior to the end of the Hulu Intro Offer Period. All billing and cancellation issues with respect to this Hulu Intro Offer are between you and Spotify, not with Hulu. If you no longer wish to continue with your subscription to this Hulu Intro Offer, you may at any time:

• Cancel your subscription to the Hulu Intro Offer, at which point you will lose all access to both the Hulu plan and the Spotify Premium service, and your Spotify account will switch to a Spotify Free account at the end of the then current billing cycle.

• Remove Hulu from your Spotify Premium account: you will lose access to the Hulu plan and your Spotify account will switch to whatever Spotify Premium account you choose and are eligible for, at the end of the then current billing cycle.

• Delete your Spotify account.

To take any of these actions, log into your Spotify account and follow the prompts on the Account page or click here and follow the instructions.

This Hulu Intro Offer expires and must be redeemed before the date advertised. Spotify reserves the right to modify or earlier terminate this Hulu Intro Offer at any time and for any reason. After such time of termination, Spotify shall not be obligated to allow any further redemption of Hulu Intro Offers.

2. Eligibility.

a. Spotify Eligibility Requirements. In order to receive this Hulu Intro Offer users must: (1) have a valid Spotify Premium account; (2) have a valid and current payment method; and (3) pay for your Spotify subscription directly to Spotify and not through a third party (e.g., not through a cable or telecommunications provider). You may only redeem the Hulu Intro Offer once - previous users may not redeem the offer again. Only one Hulu Intro Offer may be applied to each Spotify Premium account. If you are a Subscriber to a different Spotify plan or offer, the following will apply:

• Subscribers to the Spotify Premium for Family Plan or the Yearly Plan are not eligible for this Hulu Intro Offer.

• Subscribers to the Spotify Student Discount Plan are eligible for the Hulu Intro Offer but will lose any discounted pricing by redeeming this Hulu Intro Offer.

• Current or former subscribers to the Hulu Student Bundle Offer are not eligible for the Hulu Intro Offer.

• Subscribers to the Spotify New 30-Days Free Trial Offer ("Spotify 30DFT") are eligible for the Hulu Intro Offer and are entitled to complete any remaining Free Trial Period (as defined in the Spotify 30DFT Terms and Conditions) before any additional payment is taken in respect of the Hulu Intro Offer, provided they have submitted a valid and current payment method to Spotify at the time they subscribe to this Hulu Intro Offer.

b. Hulu Eligibility Requirements. In order to redeem this Hulu Intro Offer and access the Hulu plan, you must be a new or existing Hulu subscriber. If you use an existing Hulu account, you are ineligible for this Hulu Intro Offer if your current subscription is: (i) for either the Hulu No Commercials or Hulu with Live TV plans; (ii) for any Hulu plan with a premium network add-on (e.g., HBO or Showtime); or (iii) billed through a third-party (e.g., Apple iTunes or Roku).

3. Activation. To activate your access to Hulu as part of this Hulu Intro Offer, you must affirmatively take certain steps - this activation will not occur automatically.

For new Hulu users: activation requires creating a Hulu account as part of the sign up process.

For eligible existing Hulu users: activation requires switching your existing Hulu account from being billed by Hulu to a billing method specified by Spotify. If you switch your billing to Spotify, you will not receive a prorated credit or refund from Hulu for the then-current billing month and you will forfeit any remaining credit balances with Hulu associated with your existing Hulu account.

If you are ineligible for this Hulu Intro Offer as set forth in Section 2(b) of these Hulu Intro Offer Terms or if you do not switch billing to Spotify then: (A) you will be automatically unenrolled by Spotify from this Hulu Intro Offer; (B) your Spotify account will automatically revert to the type of account for the Spotify Service that you had prior to signing up for this Hulu Intro Offer and you will pay the then-current price (if any) for that Spotify account type; and (C) your pre-existing Hulu access and Hulu-billed account (if any) will be unaffected.
