We are committed to collecting accessibility feedback from individuals who may be experiencing difficulties related to one of the following areas:

  • Content accessibility, for example, "I can't find lyrics for songs" or "I have trouble accessing podcast transcripts"
  • Digital accessibility, for example, "I can't use my assistive technology on the website or app"

When you provide feedback through any of the methods listed above (other than anonymously by mail), Spotify will collect, use, and disclose your personal information for the purposes of reviewing and responding to your feedback, and will otherwise manage it in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
